From FHI's marketing division to SOA's top job
Nakamura joined Fuji Heavy Industries in 1982 (B.A. in Law, Keio University) and built a sales/marketing/planning career there, rising to Corporate Vice President and Senior General Manager of FHI's Global Marketing Division. He was named Subaru of America's chairman and CEO effective 1 April 2014, replacing Takeshi Tachimori.
